This chocolate cake is full of flavor, with less guilt.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large mixing bowl, combine cake mix and cocoa.
In a smaller mixing bowl, combine the egg whites, whole egg, water and yogurt; add to cake mix mixture. Beat well. Pour into a 10 cup fluted tube pan coated with nonstick cooking spray.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center of cake comes out clean.
Cool cake for 10 minutes, before removing from the pan to a wire rack to cool completely.
Place on a serving platter or cake stand. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar.
