Low Carb Chicken and Cheese Casserole

This a healthy, 15 grams of carbohydrates per serving, Chicken with Swiss cheese on dish recipe.

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups cooked chicken, chopped
  • 2 cups croutons
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
  • 2/3 cup Miracle Whip Salad Dressing
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 4 celery ribs, sliced
  • 1/4 cup chopped onions

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Combine all ingredients together in a 2 quart casserole.

Place in oven and bake 40 minutes or until heated through.

Serve with a salad, (Optional)
