Soured Cream Prawns
- 4 Tbsp. of butter
- 2 cups peeled shrimps
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 1 egg yolk
- 2/3 cup soured cream
Butter four ramekin dishes and divide the shrimps among them. Season well with black pepper. Combine the egg yolk and soured cream and spoon over the shrimps. Dot with the remaining butter Microwave all 4 ramekins together on Power 4, or Simmer for 7-8 minutes. The dishes should be arranged in a ring, leaving a space in the centre.) Serve immediately sprinkled with paprika.
