Ingredients
- 5 cups sliced cooked carrots, drained
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 head fresh cauliflower, separated
- 1 can tomato soup
- 3/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
Directions
Place prepared vegetables in large bowl. Combine remaining ingredients in medium bowl, mixing well. Pour marinade over vegetables. Chill for 24 hours.
