Delicious Carrots Marinade

Ingredients

  • 5 cups sliced cooked carrots, drained
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 head fresh cauliflower, separated
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 3/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper

Directions

Place prepared vegetables in large bowl. Combine remaining ingredients in medium bowl, mixing well. Pour marinade over vegetables. Chill for 24 hours.
