Cheese Pineapple Ball

I like to use cream cheese because it is so easy to work with! Of course, with picky eaters, it is best to make a part of the cheese ball without anything other than the cream cheese and pineapple. My kids won't eat onions or peppers yet. :)

Ingredients:

  • 2 8 oz. packages of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 8 1/2 oz. can of crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped green pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:

Combine cream cheese, pineapple, pepper, onion and salt. Mix well and chill. Form mixture into a ball and roll it in the chopped pecans.

Servings: 15
Prep Time: 20 Minutes
