Italian Parmesan Chicken
- butter or margarine, melted
- boneless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
- 1-1 1/2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan
- 1-1 1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
- 1-1 1/2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
Mix bread crumbs, Parmesan, lemon pepper and parsley flakes in a bowl and set aside. Coat chicken breasts with melted butter. Dip in bread crumb mixture to coat both sides. Place in glass baking dish and bake at 325 for 45-60 minutes. Adjust amount of ingredients according to number of chicken breasts.

To make the Italian Parmesan Chicken healthier coat the chicken with a bit of Olive Oil instead of melted butter or margarine. It is really moist!
