Different people have different ideas about fragrance oils.
Are you interested in FO mixing (ASIAN BLOOM is AMBER + VANILLA ) or you are interested in making FO from aroma chemicals and EO?

I have never made my own, but www.saveonscents.com has directions to do it. I buy their fragrances and use it in melted wax to make my room smell good. No affiliation, just a satisfied customer.

I thought this was a great question and was disappointed that no one else had responded. I too would like to know what others have come up with. The only thing I have seen was on a bottle of essential oil that mixed a few drops with high quality vodka (high quality vodka imparts no odor of its own).
