- 1 large rolled roast (can use cheaper lean roast, if desired)
- 2 cans beef broth (reg. size)
- 1 package au jus mix
- 1 package dry Italian dressing mix
- hoagie buns
Place the roast in a crock pot. In a bowl, mix the beef broth, au jus mix and the Italian mix together and pour it over the roast. Cook on low until the meat is done. You can make this the day before and take off any fat on the meat and re-heat. Serve the meat on hoagie buns with a side of the au jus to dip the sandwich in.
