My mother has always loved bean salad. Not one of my personal faves, but definitely one of hers.
- 2-3 (15 oz.) cans dark kidney beans, drained
- 1/2 - 1 cup diced onions
- 3/4 - 1 cup diced sweet pickles
- 3 - 4 hard-boiled eggs, diced
- 2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- 2 - 3 Tbsp. sugar
Combine all ingredients together and chill.
