Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 med. onion, chopped fine
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 can mixed vegetables, drained
- 1 tube refrigerator biscuits
- 4 slices American cheese
Directions
Brown beef and onion, drain. Add soup and vegetables. Arrange biscuits on top of meat mixture and bake about 10 minutes at 375 degrees F or until biscuits look done. Place cheese slices over biscuits and return to oven until melted. Serve immediately.
