This dip is sure to be a hit at your next party. It tastes great with fresh veggies, crackers, or chips.
Ingredients:
- 1 (5 oz.) jar roasted red peppers, drained and finely chopped
- 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies, drained
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup reduced calorie mayo
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Directions:
Mix till all ingredients are well blended. Chill.
Makes: 3 cups.
