To skim off fat from Chicken Soup:
1. Refrigerate without lid overnight.
2. Once fat is settled to top, take a large piece of saran wrap and lay on top of fat.
3. Pat down saran wrap to adhere fat.
4. Gently remove Saran Wrap and fat will stick. Repeat if necessary.
