Installing Porcelain Tile |
I want to lay a porcelain tile in my loft condo over a concrete floor that has been sealed with MMA -- methyl methacrylate. The tile setter says the adhesive manufacturer will not warranty the project until removal of the MMA, e.g., sandblasting. This would be expensive and prohibitive in my living space. Is there an adhesive for porcelain tile out there somewhere that will work over the existing MMA-sealed floor? What is it, and where can the tile setter get it? Is it warranted? Thank you for your feedback.

Look at chemical websites or ask a seller of mma how to remove.
