Crock Pot Stroganoff
- 2 lb. lean stew meat
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
- 1 can mushrooms and liquid (4 oz.)
Mix all ingredients in crock pot. Turn to low in early morning. It will be ready to eat for 5:00 dinner. Serve over noodles or mashed potatoes. To speed up cooking, turn heat to high.

Sounds good, but I have never heard of stroganoff without sour cream in it. Did you accidentally leave the part out where you stir it in before serving?
