Chicken Stroganoff

Tastes good and easy to prepare.


  • 4 boneless chicken breasts, either fresh or frozen
  • 1 container (16 oz. ) light sour cream
  • Ad
  • 8 oz. can mushrooms, drained
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup


Put chicken in crock pot, mix rest of ingredients and put on top of chicken breasts, being sure to completely cover them.

Cook for 8 hours on LOW.

Serve with wide egg noodles.

We like the "chicken" version just as well as the "beef" version of stroganoff. This recipe sounds about as easy as it gets and it'll work so well when you get home from work all tired and hungry. Noodles can be cooked ahead and refrigerated, to be heated quickly in hot water and you're ready to serve.

Couldn't make a better dinner.
