Green Bean And Onion Salad
- 2 cups fresh green beans
- 1/4 cup onions, sliced
- dash Italian seasoning
- 2 Tbsp. salad oil
- 3/4 Tbsp. wine vinegar
Cook green beans until done, but still firm. Drain. Add onions, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, oil, and vinegar. Toss. Serve at room temperature or chilled.
