RE: Repairing a Dooney and Burke Bag
The stiching on the side of my bag came off and I sent it to D&B they wanted to charge me half the price I originally paid for so I just asked them to send it back to me and I had to pay the shipping so I took it to a shoe repair and they charged me 70 with tax. But I will not get a another D&B.

The name of the company is Dooney and Bourke. If you will go to the website www.dooney.com you will get information under "FAQ" - bottom of the home page. This will tell you about their one year guarantee and then the repair procedure after one year. You may be entitled to a replacement. I hope this helps.

I would like to know also. I have a bag that the corner is kind of ripped. Can't find any info on their website. A friend suggested a shoe repair shop.
