After a Brazilian waxing is there a safe, every day lotion that can be used in that area to keep it from looking and feeling dry?

Maybe you could try non stick cooking spray before you wax?

I use unscented Curel lotion followed by anti-perspirant (I use Degree, but I don't think it matters). The gal who waxes me was amazed how few ingrown hairs I had after starting the regiment (I was a mine-field before), since she had recommended that I put nothing there and keep it really dry. I also found since I started doing this every day, when it was time for my waxes, the hair pulled out easier.

Use bikini-zone after shave gel or lotion. It's got moisturizers in it, plus prevents ingrown hairs and razor bumps for upkeep.
