Recipe: Baked Chop Suey

Here's a dish we like real well. It makes plenty too!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup onion
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can bean sprouts (drained)
  • 3/4 cup Minute Rice
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • Chinese noodles

Directions

Brown beef, with celery and onion in large skillet. Mix in other ingredients, pour into a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Top with Chinese noodles that have been crumbled a little. Bake at 350 degrees F for 35-45 minutes.

Note: You could also add a can of sliced water chestnuts, or whatever else you'd like.
