Your puppy is so cute! We have a chow/lab mix that we adopted from a shelter when Toby was a year old. The chow part makes for a rather stubborn, sometimes aloof dog. Toby is very sweet and good natured, but he has a mind of his own. We have had him for almost 4 years and he has learned a lot in that time, but still runs away when he gets loose. Good advice about obedience school. Do it.
