Older children that have outgrown your typical Easter basket still love getting a basket, so I put new summer outfits, passes to a movie, gift certificates or cards to fast food places, and favorite candy bars, cookies or even gum. Dollar Tree carries clear plastic gift bags to go over your basket and some even carry the shrink wrap kind you heat with a hair dryer! I don't always use a "basket" either you can use bucket hats, new decorative waste cans for their room, popcorn bowls (make sure to put some popcorn in their basket!), anything you can "stuff" their items into. I even make my husband one with things he likes and needs, after all who doesn't like getting a basket!

Source: Myself. I needed ideas for a 13 year old step child because I had a smaller child!
