Tilapia With Lemon and Capers
Serve with basmati rice drizzled with fresh lemon juice and a butter lettuce salad with a light flavored vinaigrette. You can grill these filets in an aluminum foil boat too.
- 1/2 lb. tilapia fillets
- 1 Tbsp. capers
- 4 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. red onion, chopped
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- 2 tsp. crushed or minced garlic
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- Dash pepper
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Rinse fish and place in baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients in a small bowl and pour over top of fish. Cover and bake for 15 to 17 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
