Make Pickles in Leftover Olive Brine
When you have eaten all the olives from the glass jar they came in and have lots of brine left over, chop up a cucumber and put it in the brine. In one day you will have slightly olive-flavored quick pickles!

This is a really good idea! I have a jar of Jalapeño Stuffed Green Olives that are almost gone and I'll give it a try! There are so many yummy green olive flavors to choose from to do this! :-)
