I used to be so sleepy when I'd go to the bathroom to take my morning pill that later in the day I couldn't remember if I'd taken my pill or not. On a nightly basis, we keep a night light on in the same bathroom. So now, when I take my early morning pill, I turn out the bathroom night light, so later, I'll know I've taken my pill, or not.
