Peachy Tapioca Salad

Easy, every-day salad.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cans peaches (15oz. size)
  • 1 pkg. peach gelatin (3oz.)
  • 2 pkgs. vanilla tapioca pudding mix (3oz. size)

Directions:

Drain peaches, reserving juice. Add enough water to reserved juice to measure 3 cups. Combine with gelatin and pudding mix in saucepan. Bring to a boil; cool. Add peaches and mix well. Chill in refrigerator.
