Recipe is missing something, water maybe?
Sounds good though.

Years ago I went to an Amish dinner and a dessert they served was made with orange jello and tapioca. It was served cold or chilled. Anyone have the recipes.

Thank you!

Orange Tapioca Recipe

This sounds like what you may have had, my family loves this and I always get requests for lunches at work and church dinners!

Cook these with 2 1/2 cups water over medium heat until thick. Cool. Add 8 oz cool whip and 2 small cans of mandarin oranges. Chill. (07/14/2005)

Here is my recipe:

Combine juice from oranges with water enough to make 3 cups. Add tapioca and gelatin and cook until thick. Cool! Then fold in marshmallows and cool whip. Yummy! (07/14/2005)

Orange Tapioca Salad

In a saucepan, bring water to boil. Whisk in gelatin and pudding mixes. Return to boil, stirring constantly. Boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat and cool completely. Fold in oranges, pineapple and whipped topping. Spoon into a serving bowl. Cover and refrigerate for 6 hours.
