Beet Jelly

An unusual condiment that is nice if you like beets.

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups beet juice (left over from cooking beets)
  • 4 cups sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 pkg. plain gelatin
  • 1 pkg. raspberry jello

Directions:

Boil beet juice, lemon juice, and gelatin for one minute. Add sugar and boil 6 more minutes. Stir in jello and pour into prepared jars.

Servings: 5 to 6 jars
Time:5 Minutes Preparation Time
10 to 15 Minutes Cooking Time

Wondered if you could tell me what size jars this fills? Would like to try it and have the correct size jars on hand. Thanks.
