Beet Jelly

An unusual condiment that is nice if you like beets.

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups beet juice (left over from cooking beets)
  • 4 cups sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 pkg. plain gelatin
  • 1 pkg. raspberry jello

Directions:

Boil beet juice, lemon juice, and gelatin for one minute. Add sugar and boil 6 more minutes. Stir in jello and pour into prepared jars.

Servings: 5 to 6 jars
Time:5 Minutes Preparation Time
10 to 15 Minutes Cooking Time
