I mix instant chocolate pudding mix with a mixture of milk and leftover coffee for a mocha flavor, and mix lemon pudding with a mixture of milk and water for a more lemony flavor. Both save calories and fat, are thrifty and improve the taste of pudding.

Make Frozen Fudgesicles From Pudding
Don't know what to do with leftover pudding? I pour it into popsicle containers and freeze! Presto! You have homemade fudgesicles! I used to do this for my children and now make them for my grandchildren. They love them! You can also make up a whole batch fudgesicles from a pudding mix if you don't have any "store bought" ones on hand.
