I'm not sure you can. It might be worthwhile to scan the picture, then take the time to edit the mark out of the digitized photo, on your computer. If you can't do it, there are services at places like Walgreen's photo department, where they'll do it for a price, then you can get reprints, as usual.
I have some old photos that have captions written with a felt tip pen on the back of them. They were sent to me and were not dry so the photos have pen marks on them. How can I remove the marks without ruining the photo?
