I have a Poulan with an 18.5 briggs. It turns, but will not start. I replaced the battery, drained and cleaned fuel tank, replaced filter; I have spark. I alos disconected line at carb and do have fuel to carb. It will start for a second if fuel is poured in carb then dies. Is this a carb problem?
