Here we go again with my love of jalapenos and cheese, but this one has the added wonderful flavor of green olives. :) Make a double batch and freeze to bake at a later time for a quick snack.
Ingredients:
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp. butter, softened
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
24 Stuffed green olives of any sort (I love jalapeno stuffed ones.)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. In a small mixing bowl, combine cheese and butter. Stir in flour. Blend well. Wrap a tablespoon of dough around each green olive. Arrange the wrapped olives on a cookie sheet.
