Peach Pie with Sour Cream


  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • Ad
  • 2 cups sliced fresh peaches
  • 1 pie shell-9-inch, unbaked


  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon


Combine 3/4 cup sugar, 2 tablespoons flour, and salt; beat in sour cream, beaten egg, and vanilla. Add sliced peaches. Pour mixture into pie shell. Bake at 400 degrees F for 12 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees F, and bake 30 minutes longer. Remove from oven and then increase heat to 400 degrees F. Combine topping ingredients; sprinkle over pie. Bake at 400 degrees F degrees for 10 minutes.
