Chicken Deluxe Casserole I
Ingredients:
- 3 cups cooked, diced chicken*
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 cup mayo**
- 2 cans french style green beans, drained
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 (4 oz.) jar chopped pimentos
- 1 pkg. wild rice
- 1 small can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
Directions:
Cook rice according to pkg. mix all the ingredients well. Pour into a casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or till heated thoroughly.
*You can use turkey (I used ground turkey).
** I used Miracle Whip.

Chicken Deluxe Casserole II
Ingredients
- 1 chicken (cooked and cut up; 2 cups)
- 1 box elbow macaroni (2 cups)
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup Velveeta cheese (diced)
- 1 small onion (chopped fine)
- 3 boiled eggs (chopped)
- 3 cups milk
Directions
Preheat oven to 325-350 degrees. Cut up chicken. Mix all ingredients and place in 9x13 inch baking dish. Set in refrigerator, covered, overnight to absorb liquid. Bake, uncovered, approximately 1 1/2 hours until lightly browned. Let set a few minutes and then cur in squares to serve.
