I am looking for candy recipes (including caramel corn) that can be made in the microwave. Thanks!

Here's a great Microwave Fudge recipe, taken from the Sharp Carousel Convection Microwave Cookbook, copyright 1983 by Sharp Electronics Corp. The book is full of great info, and the old oven it came with is still working! The recipe:

3 Cups semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips (semi-sweet is best)
1 Can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1/4 Cup oleo or butter (butter is best)
1 Cup chopped walnuts

1. Place all ingredients except nuts in a large microwaveable bowl.
2. Microwave at MEDIUM (50%) until chocolate chips are melted, 3 to 5 minutes, stirring once or twice during cooking. Stir in nuts. Pour into a well-greased baking dish, 8 X 8 inches. Refrigerate until set. Enjoy!

Go to www.Nancys-kitchen.com for many types of candy recipes. It is a great site for many other kinds of recipes also.
