Quick Burger Casserole

Brown 1 or 2 pounds of hamburger meat with 1 small to medium onion, chopped. Drain off excess grease. Return meat to pan on low heat. Add 1 can of cream of mushroom soup and 1 can of corn (drained). Add salt and pepper to taste. Top with shredded cheddar cheese. Cover and let heat through and allow cheese to melt.

I add broken up spaghetti noodles or rice to this - it's good!
