This recipe is great for using up that last bit of leftover turkey
Ingredients:
- 1 cup finely diced cooked turkey (or chicken)
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1/4 cup salad dressing or mayo
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash pepper
- 8 slices bread
- 3 eggs
- 6 Tbsp. milk
Directions:
To make filling combine turkey, onion, dressing and seasoning. Spread filling on four slices of bread and top each with another slice. Beat eggs and milk together. Dip sandwiches in egg mixture and fry in butter until golden brown.
