Barbecued Chicken with Honey Mustard Glaze

Ingredients

  • 1 can tomato sauce (8 oz)
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • pepper
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 chicken, cut up

Glaze:

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 tsp. mustard

Directions

Combine tomato sauce, oil juice, vinegar and spices to make marinade. Marinate halves or pieces of chicken in shallow dish with tomato sauce mixture for at least 2 hours or overnight in refrigerator. Drain. Grill chicken over hot coals. Place on heavy aluminum foil with corners turned up. Pour marinade over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes. A few minutes before serving brush with glaze.
