French Rhubarb Pie
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 cup raw, chopped rhubarb
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup butter
Mix main ingredients and pour into unbaked pie shell.
Mix topping ingredients together. Bake at 400 degrees F for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees F and bake for another 30 minutes. Freezes well.
