Chocolate Delight Cookies

Ingredients

1 cup margarine
1 cup oil
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
1 egg (beaten)
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. coconut flavoring
3 1/2 cup flour
1 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup oatmeal
1 cup coconut
1 cup Rice Krispies (or generic)
1 package chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Directions

Cream together margarine, oil, sugars. Add egg and flavorings. Mix well. Mix in flour, soda, cream of tartar and salt. Add oatmeal, coconut, Rice Krispies, chocolate chips and nuts. Form into balls. Place on greased cookie sheet, press down. Bake at 350 degrees F (preheated) for 10 minutes. Yield: 7 dozen cookies
