Frozen citrus peel is also good for adding to dishes that you're preparing, other than just for beverages. Much cheaper to take the time to remove the zest from fresh citrus, than to purchase them in the seasoning aisle at your favorite grocery store. One can never find citrus zest in the discount versions or brands, unlike some other herb, spices & seasonings, at least not in my area.
