Ingredients
- 1 lb. browned meat or chicken
- 2 med. potatoes
- 1 package mixed veggies
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup uncooked rice
- 1/4 cup flour
- 4 cups water
- 2 cups milk
- 12 or more slices Velveeta cheese
Directions
Brown meat unless using chicken. Cook veggies and rice. Add flour to meat, then add cooked veggies and water. Season with chicken seasoning, salt, pepper and parsley flakes. Add milk and cheese. Heat through.
