RE: Red Lobster Style Coleslaw
This tastes just like the coleslaw at our (TX) Red Lobster. If you want to cut calories/carbs - just substitute Splenda for the sugar. If I only need enough for 2, I just mix up the dressing and add it to the slaw mix as I need it, rather than mixing up a big batch. And it's wonderful with garlic cheese biscuits!
RED LOBSTER COLE SLAW
8 cups bagged slaw mix 1/3 heaping cup sugar or Splenda 1/2 tsp Tony's seasoning salt 1/8 tsp pepper 1/4 cup half & half 1/2 cup mayo 1/4 cup buttermilk (or cream for lower carbs) 1-1/2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar 2-1/2 Tbsp lemon juice 1 tsp prepared mustard
Combine all ingredients, except slaw mix in a large bowl, mixing until smooth.
Add slaw mix and stir until evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate until serving time. (even better the next day)

Sweet Creamy Coleslaw Recipe #135303 I love good coleslaw. This is one of my favorites. by Tsmith70 30 min | 30 min prep
SERVES 4
1/2 head cabbage (sliced very thin) 1/4 cup mayonnaise 2 3/4 tablespoons sugar 1/4 teaspoon celery seed 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper 1 tablespoon pickle juice (I prefer Claussen) salt First, slice cabbage very thin and fine. Think of Angel hair cole slaw, that's what it should look like. In a separate bowl, add all your other ingredients(except salt) and mix them up thoroughly. Finally, combine cabbage with sauce. Then, salt to taste.(Remember, just a little at a time, till you get it where you like it). enjoy.
