Yummy party item!

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. pork sausage
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 1/2 loaves party rye bread

Directions:

Brown sausage and ground beef in skillet, stirring until crumbly; drain. Add cheese and seasonings; mix well. Spread on party rye slices. Place on baking sheet. Freeze until firm. Preheat broiler. Broil for 4 minutes. 5 dozen
