Head-On is a product that has been made fun of on TV, but it's a product that works! I get headaches a lot, and sometimes they go into migraines. You can use as much as you need, just rub the stick all over the forehead, and it does take away the pain, most of the time. It works because the stick has a cooling quality to it, and relief is usually to be found.

You can also spend $1-$3 on a tube of generic muscle rub and it will do the same thing. I have found the basic ingredients in Deep Heating are the same as Head On, and it works great too!
