Crispy Baked Fish Fillets

This is a great, healthy fish recipe! Very, very good!

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. fish fillets
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • dash pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/2 cup cornflake crumbs

Directions:

Preheat oven to 500 F. Wash and dry fillets and cut into serving pieces. Season, dip into oil and coat with cornflakes crumbs. Arrange in single layer in an oiled shallow baking dish. Bake 10 minutes without turning or basting.
