- 3/4 lb. ground beef, browned
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 Tbsp. minced onion
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 can refrigerator flaky biscuits
- 3/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
To browned beef, add barbecue sauce, onion and brown sugar. Press each of the flaky biscuits into ungreased muffin cups (up to edge) and spoon in meat. Top with grated cheddar cheese. Bake at 400 degrees F for 10-12 minutes.

Thank you so much for posting this. I have been looking for a recipe where you wrap biscuits around a hamburger mixture then bake. This is so much better, and lots easier.
