Vegetable Jello Salad
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 3 Tbsp. diced tomatoes
- 3 Tbsp. finely diced green pepper
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1/2 cup Cool Whip
- 3 Tbsp. finely diced celery
- 1 tsp. finely diced onion
Combine gelatin and hot water. Set aside to cool and partially set. Then stir in the other ingredients and let set. Doubled recipe fills 9x13 inch pan.
