Ingredients
- 18 lb. sliced green tomatoes
- salt
- 5 lbs. sugar
- 1 qt. vinegar
- 1 oz. cloves
- 2 oz. cinnamon
- sliced onions
Directions
Salt slices green tomatoes and let stand overnight. Drain. Add rest of ingredients. Boil 15-20 minutes. Put in hot jars and seal.
