Corned Beef Salad

Ingredients:

  • 3 small pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 can corned beef broken up
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • Ad
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 can tomato juice
  • 2 envelopes Knox gelatin
  • 1/2 cup chopped pepper
  • 1/2 -1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 small bottle of stuffed green olives

Directions:

Heat tomato soup. Add softened cream cheese. Stir until cheese is almost melted. Dissolve gelatin in water and add this and all other ingredients to soup and cheese mixture. Pour into ring mold and place in refrigerator for several hours.

Ingredients

  • 1 can corned beef, cubed
  • 2 cups celery, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped
  • 3 eggs, hard boiled, chopped
  • Ad
  • 2 packages lemon gelatin (regular size)
  • 3 1/2 cups hot water
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 cup Miracle Whip

Instructions

Dissolve Jello in hot water. When partially set, add other ingredients. Pour into lightly oiled mold. This recipe serves 10 or 12.
