Corned Beef with Potato Recipe

Corned beef with potato on plateIt's a healthy morning breakfast for your family, easy to prepare, and thrifty to your pocket.

Cook Time: 10 mins.

Total Time: 15 mins.


  • 1 can (215 grams) corned beef
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 Tbsp oil
  • 2 potato
  • 1 tsp salt

Potatoes and oil in bowls


  1. Cut the potato in a 1/2 inch small strips.
  2. Potato cut into 1/2 pieces.
  3. Saute' garlic in oil, until its golden brown.
  4. Oil in pan
  5. Add the potato, and saute' for 2 mins.
  6. Cut potatoes in pan.
  7. Add the can of corned beef and mix it very well. Add salt.
  8. Corned beef with potato in pan.

  9. Scramble the 2 eggs before you pour in the frying pan. Saute' for 3 mins.
  10. Whipped egg added to corned beef and potato in pan.
  11. And now you are ready for your healthy yummy breakfast! You can served it with rice or bread.
  12. Corned beef and potato with rice on plate.

Hardly healthy with all the sodium and preservatives in corned beef, but I do love a good corned beef hash!
